  • reflecting on how gioscia's dissertation ends up being as long as timeforms itself, just about, i really should put it and the other works of his that ive been collecting into a separate volume entirely (thank you to clown show prison for reminding me of the value of multi-volume publications lately)

    • this means timeforms proper is just about done, and i want to work on making project checklist pages on here etc

    • like this: projects/timeforms

  • also want to make a checklist of the known entries of the social change series

  • doing "galaxies of life" would be p quick as a facsimile if i had a rapid way to pull a book down in full quality from IA...

    • YOOOO developed one. figured a few things out & combined techniques into smth buttery smooth lfg guides/archsnag

  • yanked down 'galaxies of life' in high quality, doing a pass to make sure i didnt miss pages

  • research for essay now tentatively called Zone libre lol

    • sent an email related to the issues at hand

  • editions de minuits homepage literally doesnt have proper https

what the fuck is going on here lmao

i think their sysadmin fucked up something in an absolutely spectacular way

looks like it was a shared domain from a period of time where ownz.us wouldve been considered a really cool url, had two users 'cat' and 'max', cat hosted an... airsoft-focused phpbb in the early-to-mid 2000s that nobody used, and max has 2 screenshots about some font issue in gtk+

amazing

is this a botnet thing?

ran a shodan query for other sites with a cert that reports a common name *.mutu.ownz.us, 97 results (ip addresses)

this person may have gone on to start a company called 'Magic OnLine Mutu' (seems to own an ip subnet?) where they wrote php and messed up the https configuration of a bunch of sites

idk man weird shit im gonna go finish building this bookshelf
