looks like it was a shared domain from a period of time where ownz.us wouldve been considered a really cool url, had two users 'cat' and 'max', cat hosted an... airsoft-focused phpbb in the early-to-mid 2000s that nobody used, and max has 2 screenshots about some font issue in gtk+

ran a shodan query for other sites with a cert that reports a common name *.mutu.ownz.us, 97 results (ip addresses)

this person may have gone on to start a company called 'Magic OnLine Mutu' (seems to own an ip subnet?) where they wrote php and messed up the https configuration of a bunch of sites
